CRY OF REPENTANCE 2

REPENTANCE

“This is the pledge of My Spirit; I tell you solemnly, he who sows the seeds of self-indulgence will reap a harvest of corruption and when he faces Me in the Day of Judgment I will tell him:

“Go! away from Me; go to the Corrupt one who corrupted you!” unless I hear a cry of repentance.”                                                         October 24, 1991

“In spite of the multiple intercessions of your Holy Mother and in spite of My Warnings, from the time in Fatima to this epoch, none of My Warnings have been respected;

The hours are fleeing and a mighty host such as the world has never seen, nor will ever see again is at hand! Few men will be left; how I shout to break through your deafness! A nation roaring like the roar of many waters will flood the world again, with fire and brimstone; I am rich in forgiving, but I hardly hear any cry of repentance;  oh men of little faith! men of arguments only!”                                          November 13, 1991END TIMES

“I am a God full of pity and My Heart can be touched; come and learn:

  •  in the morning sow your seed of love;
  • at noon sow your seed of peace;
  • in the evening sow your seed of reconciliation;

Then go and collect your harvest and offer it to Me, your Father in Heaven, and I will tell you: ‘From above I call to you all: ‘Come! Come and make peace with Me, your God and you will have My Blessings; return to Me and you will live forever.’                               June 18, 1994

CHRISTIANITY & SECULAR HUMANISM 2

CHRISTIANS & SECULAR HUMANISM

The primary war in our day is between Christianity and secular humanism. Some churches and culture-forming institutions such as universities and the media seem either incapable of understanding this trend or are complicit.CHRISTIANITY & SECULAR HUMANISM

Radical Changes

All who have lived five decades or more can testify that our society has changed radically during this time. While many reasons might be given, here are four that seem self-evident to close observers.

  • First, many theists have generally been unaware that humanistic values have been imposed on society and have therefore not resisted them. Now that such awareness is coming, many theists either mistakenly think they can do nothing to combat humanism, or do not want to put forth the effort.
  • Second, many theists, being generally unaware of humanism, have primarily talked their beliefs and have generally withdrawn from the governing of society whereby values are continually implemented through law. On the other hand, humanists, without much talk about their beliefs, have, by political activism, implemented their beliefs into laws that are now being imposed upon Christians.
  • Third, many theists have generally been unaware of the use humanists have made of compulsory public schools to teach humanistic values and thus by-pass Christian parental values.
  • Fourth, many theists often accommodate themselves to humanistic beliefs such as theistic evolution, scripture errors, belief that man is basically good, relying upon human alliances, thinking moral values may be relative, etc.

The Humanist Says

  • Human potential and self-fulfillment to the point of excluding all need for God; it is a naturalistic philosophy based on reason, science, and end-justifies-the-means thinking. Its intent is to deprive something of its religious character. Secularists believe that man is the measure of all things, that morals are man-centered, not God-centered. Secularism promotes the idea that religion is nothing but a relic of the past.
  • Natural history has replaced the supernatural creation story. Geology – not theology – explains the features of the Earth. Humanity is an accident of nature and there is no plan of salvation.
  • Short of harming others or compelling them to do likewise, individuals should be permitted to express their sexual proclivities and pursue their lifestyles as they desire. Institutions like life-long marriages become mere personal choices.

Here are the warnings: “They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised”                                                              Romans 1:22-25

“See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ.”                                                                                                                        Colossians 2:8

Christian humanism

Topic Secular Humanist Christian
God Humanists usually do not believe that God even exists. Humanists believe mankind is the highest entity. (“Man is the measure of all things.”) God is the highest Entity. God is perfect in wisdom, power, might, and love. He created us. He is to be worshiped. We love Him because He first loved us.
God’s Name Uses God’s name as a byword. God’s name means nothing to the humanist, because he does not believe God exists. Reverences God’s name. Uses God’s name only when speaking respectfully about God or when talking to God in prayer. (Exodus 20:7)
Jesus Christ Jesus Christ was a mere man. He may have been an interesting teacher, who never wrote a book, never led an army or never owned anything.  He may have been the best  known figure in all of history, but when he died, he stayed dead like any other man. Jesus Christ is God, come in the flesh. He was born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a perfect, sinless life. He died on the cross to pay for our sins. He rose from the dead to prove He had conquered sin, death, and hell. When we repent of our sins and receive Him as Savior and Lord, He comes to live in our lives, giving us His peace, joy, righteousness, purpose for living, forgiveness of sins, and eternal life.
Creation Acts and talks as if evolution is a scientific fact and that anyone who disagrees is ignorant. Evolution is the only way he knows of to explain the existence of life, since he denies the existence of God. Acts and talks in light of the truly scientific evidence (as well as Biblical revelation) that God is the Creator. Often speaks of “the creation” and not just “nature.” The design and complexity of nature proves the intellect of a Designer.
The Bible Considers the Bible of little interest. Believes the Bible to be the work of men. Certainly does not accept it as the Word of God. Reverences the Bible as the Word of God. Since he believes it is God’s Word, he believes it is worth taking time to read and study it. The Bible outsells millions of times over any other book ever written.
Self-Esteem Sees man as basically good. Thinks that people should feel good about themselves regardless of their behavior. Tries to deal with guilt by positive self-talk. Realizes that man has a sin nature and tends to do evil things. Realizes that people have great value and worth because we are created in the image of God and for God’s glory.  Believes that God has made each person very unique and special and for His glory. Realizes that God has a great purpose for each of us. Believes that through repentance and faith in Christ we can have our sin forgiven and be made into new creatures.
Sanctity of Life Since man is a merely highly evolved animal, some human life is not so special. Supports abortion, euthanasia, and even infanticide in some cases. Since man is created in the image of God and for the purposes of God, all life is precious. Abortion, euthanasia, and infanticide are considered to be horrific sins.
Sin Rejects the idea of a “sin nature.” Believes that whatever I want to do is ok, as long as it “doesn’t hurt anyone else.” (But is often short sighted in deciding what may hurt someone else!) Tendency to rationalize that all behavior that I wish to do is acceptable. We are all guilty of violating God’s standards. All of us have sinned. But we can be forgiven and cleansed in Christ. God declares me to be forgiven and gives me His righteousness as a gift when I agree with Him about my sin.
Goals Since this physical life is all there is, my goal is to get as much happiness and gain as many things as I can before time runs out and I cease to exist. Lives in light of Eternity. Makes decisions on the basis of what will bring God the most glory. Realizes that this life is ultimately very brief compared to eternity. (As a by-product of living to bring God glory, one experiences great joy, peace, contentment, and fulfillment)
Sex Since man is only a highly evolved animal, sexual gratification is not to be denied as long as it “doesn’t hurt anyone.” (Again, the humanist is often short sighted about what kinds of behavior “hurt” others.) Realizes that sex is a gift from God, who created us as sexual beings. Realizes that, when used as God intended (i.e., within a marriage relationship), sex can bring great joy to a husband and wife. But also realizes that when used in ways God did not intend that it can lead to great harm. Even though sex outside marriage may “feel good” for the moment, it inevitably leads to frustration, disappointment, and deep emotional pain and regrets.
Sexual Deviancy Since man is merely an animal, no sexual acts should be considered improper as long as “it doesn’t hurt anyone.” Since God created sex to be a holy picture of the relationship between Christ and the church, only heterosexual sex between a husband and wife is acceptable to God. Other sexual behaviors are perversions of that picture.
Moral Relativism Humanists believe some things are right for some people and some situations that may be “wrong” for other people and other situations. There is no absolute right and wrong. Everything depends on the situation. Believes that God has established some things as absolutely right and others as absolutely wrong. If God says that certain behavior is sin, it is wrong for us to convince ourselves that the behavior is really okay.

We all must make good choices!

Explain 2 Billion AdherentsChristianity global

Can humanist explain over two billion adherents?  How can God’s Church remain the most ancient and enduring of all social structures?

But the truth is, God exists, and we do need Him. Despite the claims of secular humanism, the Bible is God’s truth.  John 17:17  As believers living in a secular society, we must “become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as Lights in the world”, as you hold firmly to the Word of life (the Bible). Philippians 2:15-16

Whom you shine as Lights in the world”…and holds firmly to the Bible are the operative words.

Explain this “Light”?

You are the Light of the world. Matthew 5:14  For you were sometimes darkness, but now are you Light in the Lord. Ephesians 5:8

For for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose. Philippians 2:13

Could it be that we receive and depend on the grace of God from the spiritual world of which you may  deny?

God’s grace or good-will to us is the cause of his good work in us. This grace actually accelerates and connects with our endeavors. It is the will of God that believers will have great reason to become joyful. “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:35

Everyone has a Restless Heart.

St. Augustine makes a striking observation, “for You have formed us for Yourself, and our hearts are restless till they find rest in You.”  Of course, the natural question to ask is how we can rest in the Lord.

He gives us a clear answer. He says:  “What I know of myself I know only because you shed Light on me.” Reflection is not solitary; we have to reflect with God. It is a prayer.

Prayer does not always have to be recited from the back of a card.  Some of the most beautiful prayer is when we reflect with God, when we open up ourselves to Him and just talk to Him and listen to Him in our hearts.

Unhappily, humanism fails to satisfy man’s capacity to engage in higher forms of spiritual order.

It is Not Your Fault!

Your past may be clouded. You may have been through a terrible ordeal. You may have trouble forgiving others or even yourself.  You are not alone: many others are suffering for different other reasons.

There is such a thing as demonic (negative energies for the layman) influence that manipulates us because we have allowed a small gap in our spiritual life. We are not talking about demons around every corner—only those which God has allowed to sway people for one reason or another. These reasons are varied: unforgiveness, abuse, trauma (PTSD), ungodly or superstitious beliefs, capital sins, even generational disorders for which you are innocent, but came to you from your forefathers.

Some of the signs could be fear, depression, addictions, anger, lust or suicidal. Even physical health problems are a sign: the word, “dis-ease” suggests the stress involved in illness. If a disease can’t be cured, it is almost always an evil spirit that is causing it.

That is where the Light of God comes in: “Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.”                                                                                                                       Matthew 9:35

Is it possible that you may be healed either physically or mentally?

“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24.  Peter healed in the name of Jesus about 2000 years ago and many Christian healers are doing the same today.

Do you suppose that one of the reasons that Christianity really took off was because of this spiritual Light? Did people see plenty of evidence of God’s mercy and God’s LIGHT (grace)?

Built to Fail

John Paul II was congratulated for the fall of Communism. He replied “Getting rid of that Mickey Mouse system was no miracle. It was a matter of time. It was built to fail.”

The Soviets had a large army, more nuclear weapons even than the United States, a ruthless police system and dictatorial state apparatus, compliant satellites in Eastern and Central Europe, outposts in Cuba, Africa, Asia, and Central America. And yet, all that was as dust, as time passed, and its incompatibility with human and divine things brought it down.

Schemes obviously built to fail will fail. Make no mistake about the ultimate outcome of this war. God will be victorious.

Christianity United StatesThe statistics seem to think otherwise: in the United States the unaffiliated are predicted to increase from 16.4% to 25.6%. If you were God and you knew this situation, would you do something to get people`s attention?

Christian humanism

The next time you see something happening to our world that was unnatural, think that this must be of God: He wants to get our attention.

ASTONISHING PREDICTIONS

God divinely inspired the BIBLE . How do we know? Each of eight accurate predictions  shows a high probability mathematically. The probability of one individual fulfilling eight prophecies have odds of 1 in 10 17  (1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000). Jesus Christ fulfilled all prophecies, therefore the Bible MUST BE TRUE.

DIVINE OR HUMAN CALIPHS

The Old Testament indicates another 40 astonishing predictions.

CHINA DECEASED RELATIVES

Christianity experiences stunning growth—from approximately 3.8 million adherents in China in 1956 to an estimated 87 to 100 million Christians today.

CHINA AND THE HOLY SPIRIT

Christianity and Hinduism Differences

BILLIONS OF CHRISTIANS CAN’ T ALL BE WRONG!

Christianity is not a philosophy, but it is  a relationship with God, your Creator,  in Christ TODAY. It is not knowledge of abstract principles.

HOW DO WE KNOW THIS?

1. DELIVERANCE?

Some Christian disciples use deliverance to deliver away evil spirits influencing people. These evil spirits cause depression, addictions and illness through all forms of stress.

2. COMPLETE SENSE OF PEACE?

After you have been delivered from evil influences, you will have a definite physical experience of a complete sense of peace.

3.  HEALING?

Once you experience a physical sense of peace because of deliverance, you know that you will be healed. This helps you build up your faith, which is very crucial: No faith! No healing!

Some Christian disciples have the gift of healing.   Only the Name of Jesus Christ makes healing and deliverance possible.

THE WHOLE FAMILY BENEFITS

In the end, one Christian conversion will benefit the whole family.  The gifts of the Holy Spirit of healing and deliverance will help the whole family. A prayer of deliverance of evil spirits will leave any member of the family with a complete sense of peace immediately. A prayer of healing from a Christian disciple produces 80% healing. The remaining healing comes from continued prayer of praise and thanksgiving until all the healing is complete. This healing comes from the Holy Spirit through the power in the Name of Jesus Christ.  No other god or deity or doctor uses this power. This proves the TRUTH OF CHRISTIANITY.

HOW IS JESUS STILL ALIVE TODAY?

Jesus is alive today! He heals today (through His followers) and in many cases it is realized immediately. How else can you explain the explosion of Christianity, the world’s largest religion, on earth: 2.2 billion adherents, nearly a third (31 percent) of all 6.9 billion people on Earth.

Christians know and feel His Presence; they communicate with Him personally; Christian prayers are always answered.

This author has been given the Gift of Healing only because he is a Christian Lay Missionary, who travels  two to three places every year. On his last trip to Columbia he successfully transferred his Gift to his Spanish translators, who were able to heal as he did. He has healed Muslims to their great surprise.

He also delivers away evil spirits along with their healing. All those who are delivered from evil spirits feel a complete physical  sense of peace.

DREAMS AND VISIONS

God can give a message to those non-Christians to change their heart.  God knows faith will be developed eventually. God will come to you in the form of dreams or visions. So be sensitive to any dreams or visions, when you ask God for it earnestly.

Proof of Heaven 2

PROOF OF HEAVEN

The proof of heaven starts with thousands of people around the world who claim to have had near-death experiences (NDEs). Scientists believe that these experiences can be easily explained as mere fantasies triggered by an extremely stressed brain. That belief changed for Dr. Eban Alexander.

Dr. Alexander lay in a hospital bed in a comma because of a rare illness: a disease so lethal that only 1 in 10,000,000 survive. His brain, that relates to thought and motion, had completely shut down. His condition was so bad that doctors were ready to stop all treatment. But then he regained consciousness and opened his eyes—and was healed: it was a medical miracle! Dr. Scott Wade who attended to him at the hospital concluded that having a full recovery from this illness after being in a coma for nearly a week, is truly remarkable.

During this laps of time he learned that “the death of the body and the brain are not the end of consciousness and that human experience continues after the grave. More important, it continues under the gaze of a God, who loves and cares about each one of us and it is about… where all the beings are ultimately going.” He claimed that the this place was real. Real in a way that makes the life we are living here and now completely dreamlike by comparison”.

He saw his experience as a duty or a calling to tell people what he saw beyond the body and beyond this earth. He wrote a best-selling book: The New York Times book Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon’s Journey into the Afterlife. No matter what your personal beliefs might be, these ideas will change your life. You are learning about a new world for you: a vast and incalculably positive journey.

You are learning that there is a God in heaven who controls everything and has a plan for you. He will give you eternal life in heaven if you live a life of humility, piety, dignity and inner poverty. All you have to do is follow 10 rules. And you don’t have to change any dates of your religious holidays! Wouldn’t Thomas Edison be surprised; he once said the he had “never seen the slightest scientific proof of religious theories of heaven and hell.”

While his body lay in coma,  Dr. Alexander journeyed beyond this world and encountered an angelic being who guided him into the deepest realms of super-physical existence. There he met, and spoke with, the Divine source of the universe itself. Dr. Alexander’s story is not a fantasy. Today he believes that true health can be achieved only when we realize that God and the soul are real and that death is not the end of personal existence but only a transition.

His heavenly experience was like a fetus floating in a womb. The “mother” of this fetus was God, the Creator, the Source who is responsible for making the universe and all in it. He had God as his companion, who was so close that there seemed to be no distance between them. He felt like he was being born into a larger world, and that the universe itself was like a giant beautiful cosmic womb. He learned that there was more than one universe, but that love was the center of them all.

There were millions of butterflies all around. Someone was next to him, a beautiful girl who rode along together on wings like a butterfly: her message was three-fold: “You are loved and cherished , dearly forever”. “You have nothing to fear”. “There is nothing you can do wrong”. This love that he experienced was unconditional: it became his most important discovery.

He leaned that he was able to instantly and effortlessly understand concepts that would have taken him years to fully grasp on his earthly life. Thoughts entered him directly. Knowledge was stored without memorization, instantly and for good. He learned that the physical side of the universe was a mere speck of dust compared to the invisible and spiritual part.

In the worlds above this one, one could access any time or place in the world:  time simply doesn’t behave as it does here. It’s not “one-thing-after-another” in those worlds. A moment can seem like a lifetime. Continue reading Proof of Heaven 2

WHAT IS AN AUTHENTIC LIFE? 2

authentic lifeWHAT IS AN AUTHENTIC LIFE?

An authentic life starts with a prayer: “I offer you this half hour of my swim for … who is struggling… or any other cause.” So that you “pray continuously” 1 Thessalonians 5:17  So while you are cleaning windows, you simply offer this hour of cleaning for thanksgiving for your family. You offer the actions of your life to God as a prayer. This is the secret on how the busy modern person can find intimacy with God. The interior effect of the work we do becomes more important than the exterior fruits of our work.

“Most men lead lives of quiet desperation.” Henry Thoreau in Walden Pond. We all know how people’s lives have become faster and busier every day. It seems as though many people are living merely to survive. The treatment for depression today is ten times greater than previous times.

We lose the reason why we are here: what is the meaning and purpose of our life? If we become distracted from our purpose long enough, we become miserable. Our modern life has become a distraction from our real Christian goal in life.  We either don’t know what this goal is or we cast it aside. Even worst — this goal seems to  make people uncomfortable so the goal is watered down. Ironically, if you take away the goal of the Christian life, you don’t make it easier to live — you make it harder.

You are much happier when you have a higher standard to look to and strive for. Having a meaningful goal flood your spirit with hope and fills your mind with determination.

In truth, holiness is something that God does in us and not something we achieve. God is still the perfect Gentleman.  He invites us to participate in His life, but He never forces Himself on us. He wants our consent because he desires our loving cooperation.

Those who respond to God’s call to holiness are the most joyful people on earth. They have richer, more abundant experience of life and they love more deeply than most people. They enjoy life — all of life.

How do you know that you are close to holiness? You have an insatiable desire to become all God created you to be: and unwavering commitment to the will of God and an unquenchable concern for unholy people. You are continually answering God’s invitation to grasp the moments of your life — perhaps being sensitive to a divine appointment that God has aligned for you. You tap into the grace of God, which is never lacking. In this way you are giving glory to God.AUTHENTIC LIFE

The Idolatry of Wealth and Reevaluation of Treasure

Our holiness is compatible with every state in life. Even the rich are called to live holy lives by using their wealth in productive ways that foster their own growth and the growth of others.

Idolatry? Who can tell me what that word means?” A nine-year-old’s hand shot into the air. “It’s like what some people do with money—they make it more important than God.” The wisdom of these simple words reverberated through the Sunday school classroom.

Christians are called to reject the idolization of wealth in the modern consumerist society. Instead, they are invited to make productive use of material wealth for the ministries of God.

So long as individuals maintain a greater attachment to worldly possessions than to God, they will find it harder to enter the kingdom of heaven than a camel to pass through the eye of the needle.

WEALTH IS NOT GREED!

The World Problem 2

World Problem

–Bertrand Russell

THE WORLD PROBLEM

The World Bank estimates that the world problem is that a quarter of the world is chronically under nourished. It is shocking to know that this problem has been with us for centuries. This problem seems too remote for most people. Hunger continues to initiate the most violent wars. People who are out of work and are starving are the stuff of which dictatorships are made. Yet, no one truly desires anyone to suffer or starve.

A Meaningful Existence

Most of us live for tomorrow: it will be better, richer, wiser and more secure. We are all searching for something that will make our existence more meaningful. Even the ancient Egyptians believed that upon death they would have to answer two questions: “Did you bring joy?” and “Did you find joy?” We truly have an obligation to be the best person that we can. Any new learning, which will aid us in obtaining that goal, will benefit  everyone. Each of us has something special to contribute. There is something that each of us can do if we are willing. Finding ways to become involved is a good beginning. We can use the time that we are given to give birth to our potential — our human trademark. We are challenged  to see new possibilities. We are living at a time of abundant new beginnings.  It is actually exciting when people come to grips with their own uniqueness as individuals. We are constantly told that nothing is free and that every investment has to have a return. Yet, over 50% of people volunteer their time at something to improve society.

An Earthly Paradise

The Buddhist tell a story of the frog lodged at the bottom of the well, which cannot  ever understand the limitless expanse of the sky. If we can only step out of our own perceptual traps, we can begin to see the beauty and goodness. An earthly paradise is not some far-off impossible destination. It can be a loving voyage in the here and now. We are responsible for creating our own paradise and the time to start the voyage is NOW.

The Save-the-World Mind Set

We are living through a period of an unprecedented social and technological change.  This rapid advancement in technology and human networks have exponentially opened up new pathways to actualizing one’s passions. People want to broadcast and express themselves and even cultivate a following. There is an increased global awareness and connections to others in remote areas. Many people do not associate helping the poor around the world as a calling from God. They think that Christianity is a laundry list of vague beliefs that have little meaning on how they spend their time. Actually, they lack a deep understanding of their faith and that following Jesus is a way of life..

Many people aspire to science-related careers. Some people assume that science has cornered the world on knowledge: things are only true when they are tested with scientific methods. There is a name for this: scientism. This thinking must not become more important than obedience to God.

Here is what Sir Isaac Newton said about his belief: “ I have a fundamental belief in the Bible as the Word of God, written by those who were inspired. I study the Bible daily.” He credited his Creator with the existence of the universe. Each moment has a life upon itself with as much potential for joy and happiness as we are willing to bring to it: life is wonderful; joy is our birthright and love is what it is all about.

Love

Having more of anything other than the love for God and neighbor will leave you dissatisfied with relationships and possessions. To love is the greatest of human experience and sooner or later we discover that life without it is empty and meaningless. Love is always worth the effort. Kindness in giving creates love. Each of us bears a torch but we must keep it lit. The hope of tomorrow is that these blazing torches will provide hope for tomorrow. We want to leave the world a better place for our having to be in it.

To Build a Team

Today people don’t want to be only hearers of faith but also doers — to put feet to their faith: action on behalf of others. This is empathy: the ability to understand and take on yourself the burden of others to serve and restore God’s world. God has made all things and He is making all things new for you. So what has God called you to do in partnership with the community of Christ-followers?  How can you be on a mission in the world for Christ, based on what you are gifted to do? THE PROPHECY 2

Prophecy

The Prophecy

The Prophecy: “It will all come about when history has been completed. God will then bring together all things in heaven and on earth under one ruler. The ruler is Christ.”                      Ephesians 1:10

The Timing and Seasons of God

“Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy.”                                                                    Corinthians 14:1

The Prophet, Isaiah, prophesied in his day 700 years before Christ: “For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.         Isaiah 9:6

“Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will never pass away.”                                            Matthew 24:34

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts.”                                                                                                 Isaiah 55: 8, 9

“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.”                                                                                                                                                      2 Peter 3:8

So what is God saying to us through his Word?

“After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will restore us, that we may live in His presence.” Hosea 6:2 This means that God has a plan and a purpose in His will: a restoration and release of all things spoken of by the apostles and prophets: “for time is at hand” Revelation 22:10 “For the Lord will carry out his sentence on earth with speed and finality.”                                                                     Romans 9:28

See, I am doing a new thing!

“Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” Isaiah 43:19 A new thing? Wow!  God is about to do things in and through His Church.

If we will hear God’s Word and believe in it, we can be God’s prophetic pioneers who will help God fulfill it. After all we are co-laborers with God. “See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know Him. Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. All who have this hope in Him purify themselves, just as He is pure.”                                                                                                                                              1 John 3:1-3

When we shift to a give-mentality from a get-mentality, we believe that we have so much abundance that we can afford to give it away. Then God gives to us in return. When you give all your gifts in service to the world, you will become inspired with new energy. You are motivated when you know that your love is being used to heal all wounds.

YOUR LOVE AND GRACE

Take, Lord, receive all I am and all I’ll ever have. You have given all to me. I return it. Give me only your love and your grace. That’s enough for me.

As long as we are willing to be used in His service, He will give us miraculous powers. No one has any more potential than anyone else for spreading the love of God. Just relax and let it be. Our power is the Spirit within us. Don’t be frightened by our own light — it is meant to shine. Continue reading MIRACLE OF LOVE 2
